Teddy Guzek serves as Hoplite Consulting as Founder and CEO. Teddy is a certified penetration tester and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP). He started his career off in technical risk consulting such as penetration testing, threat emulation, and red teaming. He then moved to the training and teaching side of the house where he acted as Lead Instructor and Director of Cybersecurity for a non-profit boot camp aimed at prepping students for careers in the industry to narrow the talent gap.

Michael focuses on designing and implementing creative solutions that help Hoplite’s clients understand and realize the risk their IT stack introduces within their organization. As a technical security professional who began his career as a penetration tester, Michael has a deep understanding of the specific risk that vulnerabilities can introduce within an enterprise network. He prides himself in understanding how specific business functions within an organization can be impacted by the different technology, configurations, or vulnerabilities that may currently exist.
